The MZhP 3D printer should be the MJF 3D printer, which is HP's Multi Jet Fusion technology printer. Using this device requires following a standardized process covering preparation, printing, and post-processing.

Detailed Usage Steps:

Equipment Preparation

Load the build unit into the processing station and add the special powder material (such as PA 12, PA 11, etc.).

After filling with material, move the build unit into the printer, ensuring all modules are properly connected.

Starting the Print Job

Import the STL or 3MF format file using the built-in HP SmartStream 3D Build Manager software.

Set the printing parameters (such as layer thickness, print mode), and start printing after confirming that everything is correct.

During printing, the machine automatically completes cycles of powder spreading, fusing and refining agent spraying, and infrared heating melting.

Printing Completion and Part Removal

After printing, the machine will indicate that the job is complete. The build unit must be returned to the processing station.

The printed parts are cooled in the processing station, then excess powder is sucked away and recycled through sieving, enabling material reuse.

Post-processing and Quality Control

After removal from the printing press, surface treatments such as sandblasting and dyeing can be performed.

Print quality is monitored using HP 3D Command Center to ensure batch consistency.
