Maintenance and upkeep of a resin 3D printer mainly includes daily cleaning, inspection and maintenance of key components, environmental control, and regular deep maintenance to ensure printing accuracy and equipment longevity.

Daily Maintenance (Daily/After Each Use)

Clean Resin Residue: Immediately after use, wipe the machine casing, control screen, resin tank edges, and substrate with a non-woven cloth or paper towel to prevent hardened resin from being difficult to remove.

Check Circuit Interfaces: Check the rear circuit interfaces for resin leakage. If any is found, wipe slowly with a lint-free cloth to prevent short circuits or damage.

Filter Material in the Resin Tank: Use a filter scraper to scrape from one side of the resin tank to the other to check and remove impurities, keeping the resin pure.

Check the Molding Platform and Release Film: Remove the molding platform and check if the printing surface is flat; after transferring resin, check the bottom FEP release film for scratches, dents, or holes, and replace it promptly to avoid printing failures.

Weekly Maintenance

Tightening and Calibration: Check and tighten the knobs to ensure the forming platform is stable and free from wobbling or tilting.

LCD Screen Test: Place A4 paper above the screen and execute the "LCD Screen Test" in the system menu. Check for even lighting, clear images, and unobstructed edges to ensure accurate curing of each layer.
