What Red Wax is the Top Choice?

Designed for Casting

Red wax (such as VisiJet Wax Jewel Red) is a 100% wax-based material. After printing, it completely evaporates during high-temperature sintering, leaving no ash residue and preventing porosity or impurities in the casting, ensuring the purity of the finished precious metal product.

Supports Intense Detail

Combined with MJP or SLA technology, red wax can achieve layer thicknesses of 16–25μm, precisely rendering details that are difficult to carve by hand, such as micro-holes, fine filament structures, and openwork patterns, enhancing design freedom.

Balance of High Flexibility and Strength

The new red wax material has moderate elasticity, effectively reducing the risk of breakage during demolding and handling of thin-walled structures. It is particularly suitable for fragile structures such as lightweight gold and silver wires and mesh designs.

Seamless Integration with Existing Processes

It can be directly embedded into traditional lost-wax casting processes without changing existing casting equipment and operating habits, reducing transformation costs and representing the optimal path for the digital upgrade of current jewelry factories.
