I. Holiday Schedule and Production Arrangements
October 1 (Thursday) – October 7 (Wednesday): Seven-day National Day holiday. Workshop production is halted, and warehouse shipments are suspended. No on-site job scheduling or logistics shipments will be processed during this period.
October 8 (Thursday): All employees return to work. Production lines fully resume operations, including high-frequency pure wax printing, prototyping, post-processing, and bulk shipments using the ORI 053 industrial-grade triple-head wax 3D printer fleet.
During the seven-day holiday, Originator 3D's Hangzhou headquarters-including the intelligent demonstration workshop, high-precision metrology and quality inspection center, and integrated warehousing and logistics center-will enter a state of full production suspension and routine equipment maintenance:
Suspension of 24-hour "lights-out" job scheduling: The industrial machine fleet-centered around the ORI 053-will pause reciprocating scanning deposition operations. All hardware equipment will undergo power-off protection procedures and routine printhead sealing/maintenance.
Logistics & Prototyping Suspension: During the holiday, the warehouse center will not arrange shipments of bulk consumables or spare parts. On-duty service counters will not provide prototype release, post-processing/finishing, or express shipping services.
II. Pre-Holiday Stocking Reminder
To ensure that the "Golden September and Silver October" peak procurement season remains uninterrupted for clients in precision casting, high-end jewelry studios, and master pattern making, Originator 3D reminds customers: Clients intending to stock up, validate prototypes, or purchase machine fleets should contact their dedicated representatives by September 30. This ensures you secure pre-holiday contract quotas and logistics shipping slots.
III. Post-Holiday Shipment Guarantee
Production lines will be halted during the holiday; no job scheduling or shipping will take place. Clients with post-holiday needs-such as material stocking, prototype validation, or fleet procurement-may leave messages via email, WeChat, or with their dedicated representatives in advance. The company will respond and process these requests starting October 8.
