Hangzhou, China / October 14, 2026-Originator 3D, a leading provider of industrial-grade MJP (Multi-Jet Printing) additive manufacturing solutions, has officially unveiled its latest, game-changing innovation for the global market: the ORI 053 PLUS-a triple-printhead, high-speed wax 3D printer. Built upon the robust hardware foundation of the proven ORI 053, this machine is engineered specifically for high-load, high-volume, continuous production. It serves as a powerful, heavy-duty solution designed for "lights-out" (unattended) manufacturing-perfect for the complex, highly customized processes of the high-end jewelry industry, the industrial-grade lost-wax casting of precision components, and the creation of high-precision molds.

I. Dual Breakthroughs in Hardware and Algorithms: A New Paradigm for Industrial-Scale Mass Production with 100% Higher Speed

In the supply chains for precision industrial casting and bespoke jewelry, the surge in large-scale orders-typically seen in the fourth quarter-places extreme demands on both the throughput and the operational reliability of production equipment. By systematically optimizing the printhead motion control system and jetting scheduling algorithms, Originator 3D's new ORI 053 PLUS achieves a 100% increase in printing speed-all while strictly maintaining the high industrial-grade dimensional accuracy (±0.04 mm / 20 mm) required for precision manufacturing. This generational leap in speed drastically shortens the overall printing and processing cycle for wax patterns. It is perfectly suited for large-scale mold-making and jewelry manufacturing facilities that operate around the clock, effectively eliminating the "black hole" of production delays.

Exceptional Build Volume: With a massive build envelope of 290 × 207 × 138 mm (XYZ), the system supports high-density, full-plate nesting, delivering a throughput capacity that seamlessly meets the demands of industrial-scale mass production.

Ultra-High-Definition Optical Matrix and Vertical Resolution: Featuring a resolution of up to 2,900 × 2,900 × 1,700 DPI and precise layer thickness control at 15 μm, the system captures every intricate detail-from tiny prong seats and ultra-thin curved shells to complex, nested, and delicate filigree-ensuring a 100% faithful reproduction of the original design.

II. 100% Genuine Wax Material: Eliminating "Slurry Interface Chemical Erosion" and Metal Inclusions

Beyond a dramatic boost in production speed, the ORI 053 PLUS is fully compatible with a proprietary, high-purity, two-phase chemical consumable system developed in-house: ORI-610 Red Wax (3.0 kg/bottle) and ORI-110 White Wax (3.6 kg/bottle). The machine can be loaded with two bottles of build material and two bottles of support material simultaneously. In the past, many manufacturers used harsh chemical solvents-such as alcohol-to clean away support wax. Small solvent molecules could penetrate the grain boundaries of the structural wax; during the investment (casting mold) process, these molecules would be released, drawing out free water from the gypsum-based investment material. This triggers "Slurry Interface Chemical Erosion," causing the inner surface of the hardened gypsum mold to undergo microscopic pulverization. When molten metal-at temperatures reaching 1,000°C-fills a mold at high velocity, the surface of the gypsum investment can flake off under the intense shear forces. This traps microscopic inclusions and sand defects within the metal, effectively eroding the workshop's net profit.

Originator 3D integrates complex fluid dynamics and phase-change control into a closed-loop system comprising both hardware and proprietary consumables. The high-contrast, dual-color (red and white) design facilitates effortless visual quality audits. Once printed, the models require no costly, complex, or hazardous chemical solvents; instead, they are processed through a simple, warm-water (38–42°C) dissolution line-much like a warm bath.

The white ORI-110 support wax dissolves completely at the molecular level when exposed to the gentle flow of warm water. Meanwhile, the ruby-red ORI-610 structural wax remains entirely free from the chemical contamination or molecular-chain infiltration typically caused by harsh solvents. It retains 100% of its isotropic molecular stability and the chemical purity of its original microstructure. During the investment and hardening process, the gypsum slurry achieves a perfect, seamless interface with the flawless red wax pattern-which features a surface roughness of just 4 microns. This results in a mold cavity with exceptional resistance to erosion. During the pouring of molten metal, the mold allows for smooth, zero-resistance filling, consistently pushing the overall first-pass yield for vacuum-pressurized investment casting to an industry-leading standard of over 96.1%.

The system includes the intelligent "ORI3DPrint" slicing software, which supports mainstream file formats such as STL, SLC, and OBJ. It offers robust protection for digital asset sovereignty, including encrypted, binary-format cloud transmission for CAD files. Furthermore, sensitive data is instantly shredded and purged from local storage the moment a print job is completed-ensuring full compliance with the stringent IP and network security requirements demanded by major international luxury brands and manufacturers of high-precision, advanced components.
