1. Daily/Post-Print Maintenance
Clean the resin tank and release film: Wipe the release film surface with a lint-free cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol to remove residual resin and prevent hardening and buildup that could affect light transmittance.
Clean the printing platform: Remove adhering resin with alcohol or a specialized cleaning solution to prevent unevenness that could cause printing edge warping or failure.
Check the tank seal: Ensure there is no resin leakage. If resin seepage is found under the screen, stop the machine immediately.
2. Weekly Routine Inspection
Check the release film condition: Inspect for scratches, yellowing, aging, or bubbles. Replace the release film immediately if light transmittance decreases or peeling becomes difficult.
Secure the molding platform: Ensure the platform is not loose or tilted to ensure accurate bonding of the first layer.
3. Test LCD screen projection uniformity
Use the "Screen Test" function to check the integrity of pixels and avoid localized incomplete curing due to dead pixels.
4. Monthly Deep Maintenance
Clean guide rails and lead screws (applicable to hybrid models with mechanical structures): Clean the X/Y axis guide rails with a lint-free cloth. Never apply lubricant to the carbon rods, as this will attract dust and accelerate wear.
Apply special grease to the metal lead screws to maintain smooth movement, but avoid excessive contamination of the printing area.
Check belt tension and bearings: Adjust or replace belts promptly if looseness or abnormal response is found.
